If someone is using windows 10, you can bring up Narrator for the install.
In fact, you can do most anything using the Narrator in 10 & 11.
I would say that even Narrator in windows 7 could get

The real problem is that the word delay is not found by Chrome either
I took a peek and able to find alerts about stations and lines but not
specifically listings like, Red line delays of 11

According to FS, ctrl-f only finds information on the visible page, and insert-ctrl-f searches the whole document.
