It's a JAWS thing. Shift-ctrl-d will list all the *visible cells in a spreadsheet, but not those that are off the screen.

I think the command you are thinking of is the following keystroke:
CTRL + SHFT + the letter D
This will display the cells in a list that have data.

It may be less effort if you only use one browser. But if you use multiple browsers, create favorites/bookmarks in more than one of them, and then have to deal with the whole mess

Yep that works. But I will say it’s even less effort to go to Favourites on your phone and know they are all synced up.
