The first thing that you will want to do is turn off the virtual PC cursor with insert Z, like Zulu. Then you can use the to pause and play and your arrow keys to move forward and backward

When you have the YouTube website up, and forms mode is active you can press question mark for keyboard shortcuts. But j moves you backward, k is play/pause, and l is forward. You can also use left

Assign a shortcut to each version, such as alt-control-1 to 2021 and alt-control-2 to 2022.

Sometimes the easiest way is to download latest version and run the
install.
JAWS will detect the version is the same and will prompt you for a repair.
