Hi, Andy. If you make sure the shortcuts on your desktop, and in the Start Menu are set to maximize Outlook when it opens, you won't need to press Windows Key plus Up Arrow.

Hello van, that is correct and make sure you press windows key plus up arrow to maximize outlook or it won’t work correctly. I found this out the hard way.

The problem was solved by activating the Navigation Pane in Outlook. The keystroke to do this is CTRL+6.

In the newer Outlook, Shift+F6 moves you to the tree view of folders. Honestly, I am not sure this is the nature of the problem you are raising here. Is it that you can’t see any

I use a windows 7 laptop with the version before the latest update of jaws.
I use a USB keyboard connected to the laptop.
Anyway, the last few days many of my folders in outlook 2013 are hidden.

As said previously, Adobe Acrobat Pro will do oCR; looks like the free version will not, which makes sense.
