Hi, Robin. I think in the newer versions of Outlook you must use CONTROL plus SHIFT plus TAB to get to the folder list.

I use a windows 7 laptop with the version before the latest update of jaws.
I use a USB keyboard connected to the laptop.
Anyway, the last few days many of my folders in outlook 2013 are hidden.

As said previously, Adobe Acrobat Pro will do oCR; looks like the free version will not, which makes sense.

It was connected but it was an Exchange account and so I'm trying to change it to an IMAP account to see if I'm able to send messages from it again.
