Usually you use either jaws+f3 or ctrl+f3 to set an initial search and
f3 to repeat the current search.

Did you try turning on the Jaws touch cursor?
I have often found that when things aren't identified, I can access them with the Jaws touch cursor.
To activate it, press shift + PC

They know, just don’t care. This is an old problem.
It has been a few years since I used it and was not able to use all features. Much can be accessed using the jaws cursor and simulated mouse

Depending if the video is inserted properly and the buttons are labeled, you could always just hit B and scan through the page for play buttons. It's not going to be smooth, but it's an idea.

When I Google a video (or audio) of a song, I’ll list the artist, title and end my search terms with “YouTube.” Maybe this gives you a starting point.
