Hi, Kevin. I never copy, move or delete files or folders using the Windows File Explorer tree view. Instead, I actually open the folder from either the OS drive or whatever drive the files or folders

I agree with Bill. Make it simple. One more thought. Make sure no file in the target folder is selected. If one is, press control-spacebar to unselect it. Pasting a file into a folder where a file is

Hi, Kevin. It's best to use CONTROL plus C to copy the file, then go to the folder, enter it, and use CONTROL plus V to paste the file. These options are available in the context menu. There's no need

Kevin,
The action of moving is not a good idea for more than one file, in fact, in my opinion, not at all.
It is better to copy and paste, and then go back to the other window and if you want to

Re: changing the order of emails
If the only issue is that the sort is on date, but in the reverse order that you'd prefer, then just hit ALT + V, RS [View Ribbon, Reverse Sort].

I know that in the past, I could just paste into a new open book file and process it.

Yes, that's right. While in OB from the file menu you select, open..., then navigate to the file and open it then wait for the file to be fully processed then continue. The conversion won't continue

Re: Open Book Save As Audio
Mike,
I downloaded your files, and I'll save them in my open drive account, in case either of us needs them in the future.
Looks like I may not need them though.
I know I haven't had to resort to this
