The tech who got my newer computer up and running told me not to install 11 just yet, wait till all the bugs are worked out, in essence he said.

Exactly, you can get a new laptop any time and why not wait and see what the next Windows 10 update includes. In any case the new Intel and AMD processors are now either released or will be very soon

Hi Bill, Use reading order in raw print stream worked. Converting the PDF to word worked. It just took longer to convert than Using reading order in raw print stream. Thanks, Kevin

This didn’t work. There was very little text and a lot of numbers.
Who ever created this PDF probably did a lot of fancy formatting.
