It all depends on your needs, wants and finances. When I went blind I bought my first Mac, I had used Windows for nearly 20 years at that point in time. You will have to pry my Mac out of my dead cold

If you already know one system; I'd stick with that system.
They are quite different, and unlearning one to switch to another is a lot of work.

Press your applications key, or shift+f10.
Arrow down once maybe twice, to New Contact Group.
The rest I think is pretty much the same as before.

When I first press alt tab, before the first app is announced I get extraneous verbiage which sounds something like:

I’m not sure I’m understanding the first part of your message properly, but if you are already in a Word document and want to find and change a word, then use control h and type the word you want

The find and replace command is control+h. The first box is what you what to find; tab to the next box and put in your replace it with. Then, Alt-a will replace all.
