Re: Navigating to attachments in Outlook
That happens to me sometimes.
When in the body of the message, hit shift tab and it should put you in the attachments field.

Hi All,
I am not entirely sure if this is a JAWS issue, but in the last couple of days, I can’t seem to navigate to attachments in Outlook. I know they are there because JAWS tells me there are

When this happens to me, I try pressing tab and then numpad plus to verify my virtual cursor is, in fact, on. Then, I know that I can navigate the page using the JAWS shortcuts.

Okay, I have the problem in Chrome. I use JAWS-T and hear "Title is WSJ: IRS…" It does not announce it is Chrome. I refreshed the page using F5 without change. I updated the page using JAWS-esc

I will have to do it again the next time it happens. I can't recall at this moment if it said Chrome or not. Sorry.

It said the entire content of the web address block, I just didn't include the entire web address. When I used arrow keys it read the contents of the web page.

By resetting Chrome do you mean close and re-open? Or do you mean uninstall and re-install? I am not familiar with a reset. Sorry.

Bill Thanks! That took care of the noise. Yet Jaws says new notification, what is on the subject line and the email it comes from. I couldn’t find anything in Outlook settings to stop that from

Actually, when Lee Anne did a "Title" command, she said that JAWS only said, "Title is". That shows that nothing was in focus.

Hello:
Did you hear that the title was Chrome or something else? If not Chrome, then the focus went somewhere outside of the Chrome universe.

Restoring calendar
I’ve inadvertently deleted my calendar entries from this week onward. I believe there is a way to restore a recent version of the file. It’s a Word file. I’m using Windows 10 and JAWS 2020.
