Hello, we tried I use control tab to get to the Junk list I think followed by tab but possibly Fall Out Boy radio. Hope that lets you figure it out.

Accessing the jump lists in the taskbar
The keystroke WINDOWS + T takes me to the taskbar, and I can then navigate through the various icons in the taskbar using the TAB and arrow keys.

Are you using the online version or did you download the program and install it locally?
For me, it is set up as iMap so that the messages stay on the server until I delete them and empty the trash;

Paste Special is a function of Word, control alt v. Through this function you can say that all you want pasted is unformatted text. I use this an awful lot.

In the latest build of JAWS 2021 if you are focused on a link you can bring up the application/context menu and copy hyperlink to the clipboard and paste the link wherever you want.

I think that in older versions of Jaws, their was something called paste special which allowed you too be able too copy the contents of a link in to a word document.
