If you do not have any version, you will need to buy Jaws 2021, the current version.
You probably should call Vispero at 800-444-4443

Bill, guess what? I went to control panel and clicked on ease of access, and the “Always scan this Section” was unchecked. Maybe my computer was showing me something else, and I was so frustrated

I meant that I clicked on Ease of Access and it listed a few of my files. Maybe it directed me to something else, but I don’t know what. Anyway, I’m going to close it.

Agree - whilst their is some accessibility in the solution, I've also struggled a little - no tutoirials I'm aware of. I also find Power Queery options in Excel particularly slow and memory hungry
