Hi, It sounds as though your keyboard layout is changing - possibly between English US and English UK. The hotkey to do this is alt+shift so easy to activate accidentally. Cheers, Ed

Hi, I do, and it works well (even with my out of date version of jaws.) The recent update has made the interface more clunky but it still works very well with jaws.
