I use Prime Bank for most of my accounts. Their page is accessible mostly. I’ve had good luck with Wellsfargo. Bank of America is ok mostly. Good luck.

I was thinking of the Voice Dream Scanner app in particular.
You can scan a page, and add the rest of the pages, and then export it as a PDF.

I believe one could use Abbyy Finereader to do this. it can retain the image data but also save a text layer in pdf or in any other format you choose, pretty much.

You can use a phone to take a picture of it and send it as a JPG.
An image is akin to a PDF.
Plus, you can convert a JPG into a PDF with the right software.

I tried with Doxillian, and Jaws OCR.
I haven't yet reinstalled Open Book, but I used to sometimes do OCR on JPGs and PDFs with that.
