Re: JAWS Sluggish After 2.5 Hours of Use Since June Update?
Right you are.
It is so easy to fall into thinking the last update was earlier this month, o well.
That doesn’t change the behavior, just which version to blame,😊.

Vicky,
Are you going to be writing on both machines at the exact same time?
They phrase it that way so you wouldn't be at work and someone else be at home using your same licensed copy.

I'd agree with Richard because it makes sense.
I would imagine an SMA is tied to JAWS and not the customer.

I'll have to go and take a look again, but if memory serves, technically unless I'm misunderstanding things, the license agreement says you can have the license activated on up to three computers, but

I’m using Office 2016 and this happens both in Outlook and with Word as well . . . constantly.

There is no June update for Jaws. I just checked the Freedom Scientific website to be sure, and the latest update for Jaws was released on May 19. Thanks.

I believe FS has no problem with you having your SMA Jaws on two devices. I know you can have it on your home and work computers, no problem.
But, all your questions will be best answered by FS

Of course I can contact Freedom Scientific, and will likely do so early next week, but I figured I would ask here first just in case.

How much RAM is your computer using?
I'd look at the hardware first.

I never have that much open at once.
Without knowing the computer specs, this would be a hard thing to compare.
This could be as much system resources running low as anything.

Along with why one would want to do that, is Mattias asking if you can install voices in another drive as well? That part of the question wasn’t clear; but the obvious answer is the voices go where

F6 also brings you to the address bar where the URL is already highlighted. This is universal for all web browsers.
