I really don't understand what's going on. After restarting after the
mentioned refresh FF stopped working again, I had to redo the Help ->

Re: quick Firefox question
The updates are supposed to be installed automatically, but sometimes
you have to go to the about dialog to kick it into doing the update.

Well your best bet is use JAWS 2021. If you can't afford to upgrade yes you should use another browser such as Edge chromium. Sorry, but you run into these things when someone is still running older

The default is that updates are installed automatically. You can
change that under the Tools -> Settings under the "Firefox Updates"
header.

quick Firefox question
Hi all,
Since there's been talk about updates for Firefox, I'm wondering are updates
done automatically like with Edge, or do you have to check and install them? If
so, how do you do this?

Good to know.
So, maybe it isn't Firefox but something else on people's systems.
It sounds like others are having similar issues.

I did the 'refresh' offered as part of Firefox's troubleshooting mode
and now it works again. And yes, this is 89.0.

Okay, I should say I just tried restarting FF with extensions disabled
and it now works. Guess I need to go through my extensions and try
disabling them one at a time.

There’s also Quinton sees playroom, which is a web-based set of games kind of like RS, and it also has a client like RS does. They are pretty awesome, although the interface is a bit intense.
