I am by no means an expert, but assuming this issue is the same Mozilla is already aware of this and there are several comments that explain the issue in more detail.

Okay, I should say I just tried restarting FF with extensions disabled
and it now works. Guess I need to go through my extensions and try
disabling them one at a time.

There’s also Quinton sees playroom, which is a web-based set of games kind of like RS, and it also has a client like RS does. They are pretty awesome, although the interface is a bit intense.

I suspect your problem is not the browser at all, it probably has to do with the version of JAWS that you are running, as you say you are suing JAWS 2020.

Along those lines of bugs in the June release, Alt+2 does not read the current message date/time, but the originating messages date/time.
Hopefully that will be fixed in that next release too.

It is working fine for me as well.
I use Alt+l as my reply all command to avoid any conflicts with control+shift+r but both methods work for me without having to turn off quick keys.
