Hi Richard, I just installed the latest update too Jaws 2021 which was just released sometime last week.

Which version of Jaws are you using? If 2019, I had major trouble with desktop shortcuts, also some trouble with 2020, but 2021 resolved those issues. Freedom Scientific never acknowledged that
