That’s what I have been sitting here thinking about doing. I am running Jaws 2020 right now and the problem isn’t there. What do I do about the shared components bit when I uninstall Jaws 2021?

Hi, Tom. Another person on this list had the same problem, and she solved it by uninstalling JAWS, then running the same program you ran when it failed. This will both install and repair your JAWS.

Not sure about properties, but I would click on settings, and arrow
down to audio settings, hit space to select it and tab through the
options.

You can buy a usb to serial converter. Search on google for usb to
serial.
Converters with FTDI chips are ok.
But I think you need a 32 bits windows and not 64 bit to use it with
jaws.
