The instructions that were given aren't for Outlook. I can't remember how to do it, but there's something in Outlook itself to check for updates. I'd like that information as well.

tab once, arrow to and spacebar on Update and security.

What version of Outlook Express are you currently running? It's possible you can run the same one on Windows 10 iff it's the one I'm thinking of.
