Never mind, I found it.
This one is under the Navigation Quick Key manager … exactly where no logic of mine would have put it.
I would think it would at least also be in the keyboard manager,

Hello Jessica,
As a sidenote I really advise you to switch to a Chromium-like browser like Edge or Chrome because FIrefox is falling behind and apart.

There is no needt o de-register, yet if you want to keep your account in order, click on "devices" with the JAWS cursor.

Go to the Keyboard manager, hit control shift d for default.
In the list, it is number 645, say system time.

Thanks to you pointing me to where it is I found it.
To change the keystroke, once you are on say system time, use your application key or shift+f10 to bring up the context menu

I wouldn't think you would change it, you would create a new command and
tell it to do the insert + F12.
