Re: changing the view of messages within Outlook
As far as I know, that is simply just not possible.

Hello Lisa,
I have had good luck writing to Duxbury support. I've been retired for 6 months, so do not remember the email address, but it should be in the Duxbury help.

I already use codex. A great program.
I was just looking at alternatives for the occasional book that Codex cannot convert.

You can do this with Codex, but you have to be on an older version of the
Kindle app for desktop
One of the reasons I was curious as to the status of Calibre. I'd like to
update the Kindle

Personally if it is Kindle conversion you would need I would personally go the
Codex route.
You need to search the web for the Codex page by James Scholes.
You would also need to use an older version

One last question.
Once upon a time, I had heard you could convert Kindle books to a more usable ePub format.
Does that take an extra addin? It ain't working for me.

Just a note to those who apparently had difficulties downloading.
You may already know this but perhaps it is worth repeating.
With Google Chrome under Windows at least you will be initially blocked

Re: Jaws and Office 365 Calendar
I agree with Richard. If you are not inviting anyone else on the recurring appointment, you can easily edit your appointmen for the given day, either adding the name of the client to the appointment

Re: Jaws and upgrades, advantages
You can read through the release notes for 2020 and 2021 to see if features look valuable to you. My view is that I need the current version to be sure JAWS keeps up with changes in web browsers,
