If you use Jaws you can enable what is called Virtual Ribbons, they convert the ribbon menus to a more traditional menu. However, I highly reecommend you simply get used to the ribbon menu, it's here

Yes, I remember you and I talking about sqlplus this past summer. My team is using TOAD to access Oracle for now though, but I am prepared, if I have to fall back on sqlplus.

Yeah this definitely is not normal behavior. You might want to try reinstalling the sound car drivers and the USB sound card. It’s a basic question but have you tried restarting your computer?

I copied the entire help section on the Voice Assistant commands into a Word document with headings and it preserved the table structure, so if you read it and turn on the Quick Keys with Insert+Z you
