Those instructions are the only ones I've ever written and they remain accurate. If WMP is not responding on your system I cannot know why. Is the CD/DVD drive functioning for any

If I remember correctly, there should be something in Windows Media Player about ripping CDs. However, I’ve not used it in a while, but I think you can choose to have the disc eject after you rip it

I guess JAWS isn’t out of beta testing yet. As of the last time I checked. I’m not sure when the upgrade will be available, but if you’ve previously updated your software, you’ll probably get

Before you do a repair, but I offer a suggestion. I would suggest turning JAWS off and that would disable the screen shade. If it still looks like the screen shade is on, it may be that your monitor

You forgot to mention the laptop keystroke for turning off the JAWS Touch cursor, which is, hold down the CAPS LOCK key, and tapping the semicolon key, twice quickly.
