I finally convinced a group I’m in to switch to Zoom, because although WebEx was very rudementally accessible, Zoom is far better. I was able to get logged in and hear and talk to other meeting

I’m still getting this behavior with Rord and Outlook 2016.
Sometimes I get it and sometimes I don’t.
Repairing Word and Outlook helped but it’s still happening to some extent.

I am sure what is sent out is a picture of what is on there screen. There would be no reason to send control information and text when a picture of it would be simpler. No screen reader is

You are out of luck. I am not aware of any screen readers that can handle the videos that come across when using zoom or WebEx.
