Question about accessible screen sharing, being able to see what others share
Hi, is it possible when using zoom or WebEx to set it up to where I can see what people are sharing through screen sharing as a jaws user? Thanks.

Re: JAWS freezes when I close Word
Hi David,
Great info and great timing! I was trying to save a protected document and enable editing about an hour ago and Jaws crashed. I've made the changes you recommended.
Best Regards,
Les

Unfortunately, this is a known issue.
I have read that the following workaround should remedy this problem.
1. From within Word press insert+v to bring up the JAWS options dialog.
2. In the edit

Re: Running repair for Jaws2020
Hello. To add to Les’s response, if you have the latest Jaws executable saved in your preferred location, locate the file and run it. Since Jaws is already installed, the repair utility will run.

Hi Kevin,
Download the Jaws executable file from the FS web site and run it. You can run the repair from there.
Best,
Les

Running repair for Jaws2020
Hello,
I wanted to run the Jaws repair. I went into the Jaws wizard and there was no option to do a repair. Am I looking in the wrong place to run a repair?
Thanks,
Kevin
