Re: Reading pdfs with confidence
This entire discussion continues to convince me, with perhaps some exceptions, that the best way to deal with PDFs, assuming you have Microsoft 365 on your system, is to set them up to open in Word.

Re: Reading pdfs with confidence
Steve, is there a way to read pdfs in chrome para-wise smoothly? Line by line and say all are laborious. It divides paras very unnaturally. Not smooth at all.

Yes, it also misses I's and L's if the font is a bit weird. I prefer Chrome for reading.

Hi,
I'm late to this, but the best reading experience for me is Chrome. You get
all the headings as well.

When you get an e-mail message asking you to like a page, is it enough for you to just use insert f7 for the links list, and like it?
Or, do you have to go onto the page and click the like

Re: saved documents in word
I’m guessing that you tried the undo command with control Z. Other than that, may be close Microsoft word and if it asks to save, say no. And then you can re-open it.

They probably have a tech person who takes care of their computers.
I would ask them to install Jaws for you and give them the Jaws key to put onto it.

I'm sure that programs that do that look for similar files and can group them accordingly, perhaps using the fragment time to know which is which.

I am rather sure GoldWave won't know what a CWP file is.
That sounds like a CakeWalk file type, which is the mother company of Sonar.

I do not think Goldwave handles midi files, but I'm not sure.
It seems odd to have both weav and midi files in the same project, though the midi files might be the same music but the music notation
