That's what everyone is saying, Robin. You should be able to edit the signature field while you are in it. You shouldn't need to format the signature in Word, the email body, or somewhere else. The

On my Work machine, running Jaws 2020, Windows 10 Pro, and Outlook 2016, that edit box does

When I hit Alt M in a message, it takes me to the list of possible “From” addresses I have. In my office context, I can send email as myself or from one of several shared email account.
