i success to navigate only either by using jaws cursor, or, turn off vertual cursor
but when off vertual cursor all web shortcut are off and only key to move is tap key.

Hi okay here is one more way to attach a document.
1. Go to documents first select the document and clip to clip board.
2. You then go to outlook if that is where you are emailing from.

If you do a alt plus n in the messages group you can find the insert key.

Hi Jim, to attach a file to an email message, I press Alt and then hit your right arrow once until you hear the word Insert. Then press the tab key once and you’ll hear Attach file. Press the Enter

Oh I meant that the copy and paste method worked. In Outlook menus I do not find any insert option. So I am apparently confused. LOL!

What do you to to get an insert option? I find nothing on the menus to do this.
When I followed the directions to paste a link to the file, the email did not get sent. And I received a notification

You can also do insert and attach file from Outlook menu. This places the attachment on its own line above the message.

You can also open the document and do alt f h e a and that will attach me.
Then you cam type in your to in the outlook field.
It is best that you have outlook open before you do that.

First copy the address. Them put a copy on the clipboard by using the keystroke Ctrl+C. Then go to the e-mail message you want to attach it to. In the body of the message where you want to paste
