outside of having to add certificates manually, I am still using eudora 7.1.0.9 and do not have any trouble using it. thank you very much, lol!

Yes, Eudora definitely does work.
My current issue is that Eudora works for me accept when sending e-mail.
This just started a few days ago.
So I am not sure if it is Eudora or Roadrunner.

Tom, I am so so late in entering this thread, but it may help you to realize that 7-zip is not limited by it's name to windows 7. It works everywhere and is, in my opinion the most speech friendly

F11, and I forget what it is in Jaws.

I believe Alt+D works as well. Bring up the participants list with Alt+U,
then tab once and you should see the list. Find your participant, and hit
Alt+D.
