Do you do this by building a TBI Recovery disk, or do you have an alternate method? I'd be interested to know what that alternate method is, if you use one.

You are incorrect. Both the sighted and visually impaired can fill out properly designed PDF forms on the computer. The IRS uses many PDF forms that can be filled in just fine on one's
