I have found the hotkey settings, and I have got it to answer with shift+Ctrl+a and hang up with shift+ctrl+f.
I would like to be able to get to the call history and queue settings a bit easier.

Hi Anna, I haven’t read all the messages in this thread, but have you tried Ctrl+Alt+z to turn on screen reader support? Otherwise here is some information for you

We probably use the same UCX client. I know some of the “helps” in it as I have played around in it. The one thing I can’t figure out is how to answer a phone call. If I am in the right place

If you have a legal install of MS-Office and it has suddenly stopped working, then I'd suggest you call Microsoft Disability Services on (800) 936-5900.
They should be able to assist you in getting

It won’t just read the text that is in my document. This is beyond frustrating as MS Word that I am used to, is refusing to open so really
