I did it last night and yes you must use IE. I am still using IE11 for my primary browser. From what I have read it is still secure for now.

One can always use Windows Task Manager as well. I still have not honed my skills on keeping focus with a screen reader in utilities like Resource Monitor or Task Manager where the display is
