Re: Outlook and JAWS
As I said, it would be good to know what your provider is and what protocol you use for your mail. I sure hope it’s IMAP and not POP3.

You do not need that for preparation online. Having your taxes done in person by a professional is not necessary unless you have some complicated tax issues to deal with.

Jaws and Orbit Reader 20
I had not tried to input braille with the Orbit Reader 20 and Jaws until now, and no characters are being entered in MS Word.
I have the Jaws setting to do both input and output of UEB Contracted.

Have you exited outlook before checking the trash for the deleted message?
If so, then the empty trash on exit is enabled.
If not, I would also check the archive settings if Microsoft didn’t

Yes, I think it’s inadvisable to have messages automatically deleted from trash.
The command to delete a message permanently is shift-del. Again, for most of us, inadvisable.

Re: Outlook 2016: Is it possible to remove items from the addresses autocompletion list?
What Chris wrote is accurate and it was mentioned in the Microsoft article I had posted that only items from the recents can actually be deleted.
