Is there still a team viewer remote?
That was like Jaws remote and NVDA remote, only it was going through Team Viewer.

I need more information to help uou. I need your ISP name, router model ETC. Then we can work. However this is getting way beyond the JAWS topics. Can I write you privately?

For this to work, you need public IP address, open ports and so on. It is not that easy.

Re: unload and reload Jaws?
I just set up the shortcut and if JAWS freezes up, I close it then open it again. That usually fixes the problem and can be done pretty much wherever you are on the screen.
