I have this and it is terrible. I recommend finding another for Rocku is totally inaccessible. I have my children change channels and when home alone, I choose another television with and Spectrum

No, but Roku does have TTS installed as well, no doubt software powered.
I don't have a Roku that does this, but some cable providers offer the Roku
for accessibility, such as Time

too small to run an OS.

Speech recognition is talking to a device, like Amazon Echo.
TTS is text to speech, like Jaws and other screenreaders.
Phones use both TTS and speech recognition.
