Use pocket casts, & love it!

O.k. thanks, I am just noticing a difference when I am using Microsoft Skype For Business 2016, it seems to struggle and hang up for a bit on some of the edit boxes since updating to the latest JAWS

Using Edge (or Chrome) with Jaws 2020 I can activate the links for each name and get the information such as contact number, a short bio and education history etc.

No, in any case, whenever scan cursor is active the Jaws cursor would give you nothing.
One good example is the Windows 10 Calculator.

I’m using the latest update of jaws2020, with the newest version of edge, and jaws read the list just fine.
Perhaps, you should try to do this with default settings.
