I just found the PictureSmart folder in My Pictures and pasted a Jpeg into this folder. Nothing happened. When I pressed JAWS key plus Space bar then P then F, JAWS then described the picture, but

Weird problem with Mail app and JAWS
OK I have a weird annoying minor problem. Every time I receive new mail with mail app JAWS will focus to the mail window. I don’t have this problem when running NVDA. Is anyone else experience this

Another way is, if you have a picture as a .JPEG or some other picture format save it somewhere, then copy / paste it into the Picture Smart folder and once it's pasted into this folder the

For a picture file sent as an attachment, the file needs to be saved and brought up in File Explorer.
Then select the file JAWS key plus space bar, then p, then f.

Select all with a control a.
Save to clipboard with a control c
Then JAWS key plus space bar, then p then b.
That should start the Picture Smart.

Interesting, I recently set up my ?Gmail account in Outlook and you are correct, it says it’s connected to the server and all that, but it does not give a message count.
Oh well, I rarely use that

It works perfectly for me in a Microsoft Exchange folder, but it doesn’t report the number of messages in an IMAP folder.
