I would use the Windows control panel, programs and features, and uninstall from there, but you probably should leave shared components.

Hi David,
Simply remove the version you don't want through the program removal
function in the control panel. You can easily pull this up by typing
in "programs" into the start menu search.

for jaws you have to find the option to make jaws reside in the system tray instead of the desktop.
also you may have to open the notification icon and find the icons you want to turn on or off

1. Windows key + I, for Settings, and tab 1 time to, System.
2. Navigate to, Personalization, press enter.
3. Navigate to, Taskbar, press enter.
4. Tab several times

How is one able to hear what one loads in ones system trey: Using Jaws and Windows 10.
I have another question concerning Jaws and Windows 10. How does one cause Jaws to read what resides in the system trey. I have Jaws, for example, in my system trey. But, I would never know it.

not sure how jaws works now, but back in the late 90's I worked at the hilton call center in carrolton tx and when I first started there they were still using dos and I helped in getting windows 98 up

That’s obviously a puzzler, because of course backspace should work. Of course, JAWS shouldn’t be interfering with that, but that doesn’t mean it isn’t, so perhaps try with a different screen
