Outlook freezes when searching any prior email with JAWS

I work on group mailbox and personal mailbox in my workplace and frequently need to search a particular earlier email. The trouble is it hangs the outlook and have to restart it usually everytime

The switch on the K780 is on the right side, if it is pushed towards the back of the keyboard it’s on, if you pull it forward it’s off.

That is not the case with this keyboard, on my Asus laptop the function keys behave as expected, e.g. F1 is Help, F10 pressed with Shift is the application key menu, Jaws Key + F7 brings up the list

Is there a way to navigate by pressing the “G” button like in I e 11, I can’t get it to work in edge, chrome or firefox?

Hi Tom,
Do the F-keys work on the laptop as you would like, or do you have to press the FN key on that as well?
The reason I ask is that the keyboard should only do what your computer would do.

If it is like the other Logitech keyboards, it has a physical on/off switch on the back.
If batteries are included, make sure the plastic strip that breaks contact is removed.
I always just tap

Have you ever been able to use the Fill handle? I don’t use the feature much, but I have always had to rely on my remaining vision to use it. You also need to be sure it is turned on in Excel

I almost always use a full-size keyboard, but I have a few laptops that don't have number pads or a six-pack.
But whether I'm using a laptop or desktop, I turn on laptop layout in Jaws
