Re: Deleting a footnote with word 2016, Jaws 2018 and Windows 10
Just so we're clear, do you mean a footnote or a page footer? I suspect the latter.
It will also matter if you just want to remove a footer, if that's what you're actually removing, from the first

You must either 1) download and use the latest version of the app which is,
supposedly, accessible or 2) get the accessibility plugin for an earlier
version of the app. "1" is better, supposedly. No

Interesting, I thought Jaws required OCR format to be readable by Jaws. I
am curious what ebook apps are out there which will read?

JAWS versus NVDA on Kindle PC
Hi all. After downloading Kindle books, JaWS reads nothing on the screen while NVDA reads it all. Is there any way to improve JAWS' performance with the Kindle PC app?

Well, whatever you did to post the above reply is what you should keep doing as it resulted in your content being top-posted above the quoted message(s).

It probably will, I have seen this from time to time myself and this always fixes the issue, in fact, quite often shutting down Outlook, restarting Jaws and then opening Outlook again will as well

It’s working fine here with current Office 365, Windows 10, and JAWS 2019 (latest update). If you aren’t on the Office 365 monthly channel, try switching to that and upgrading.
