Re: Best headset for use with Jaws and call center
Perhaps pairing the hearing aids if he wears them would work. I don't know if this would work because when I have to listen to JAWS and am on a call, I am alone. I can either have the computer going

Re: New computer specs
Considering the video recording and use of several programs that can eat cuiu cycles I would go with the I7.

I think everyone missed: "he is deaf in one ear". so the dual channel and 2 headphones for both ears is not going to work. Just use a headset like anyone else. the customer is not going to hear Jaws

I am currently running Microsoft server 2016 virtually in VMware pro 15 with JAWS 2019 with remote access licensing along side NVDA. It gives me access with no issues.

Hey Robbie,
Just curious, the server or servers in question are they yours personally or in a business setting and how many are we talking about?

Reading data info in Access
On the database screen, below the bar that says which record of how many there used to be a descriptor saying what kind of data should be entered in a field. In Access 2016 I cannot find this field.

Re: Groups.io - Controls you receive in every message as well as controlling the messages you receive to begin with
Is really useful. I’ve never bothered looking at the links at the end of our e-mails but can see how a couple of them could be very useful at times.
Many thanks.

This message, obviously, is not JAWS related, but related to using Groups.io, and for controls many may not know about. I will post stuff like this occasionally, and it applies to any Groups.io group

Re: Audio files question
What I usually do is, download the file then use one of the players such as anyburn or VLC to play the audio file. With VLC you can pause, rewind and fast forward the audio.

David, Can you download the files by Right click or Application key for context menu and down arrow to Save file as? If so, then you can play the files in your favorite media player.

Hello list:
I have an e-mail containing a link to a website containing a collection of 5 audio files. I can go to the website, and play the files, but was wondering if there's a way to pause

Jim,
Thank you for mentioning the row/column header feature of Excel. I have been trying to get folks to use this for a long time now both because it's permanent and it is screen reader
