if your in a new message, and you need to maximize the screen,
you can use a windows keystroke, windows-key+up arrow.

Then, arrow down through the options, and you will come to maximize.

1. Open the new message.
2. Press ALT plus SPACE.
3. Arrow up twice to Maximize. If Maximize says “unavailable” the screen is

I don’t think it is related to compact view, as that is about the presentation of the messages list, but you can certainly turn it off to check. It’s on the View ribbon, under View settings,

Font in emails double check your stationary settings File> Options.

Hi, I called FS support about this and they told me to do a JAWS repair. I did and it fixed the problem. Warning, the repair takes a ridiculously long time.

well, a repair fixed the problem and I can now use the feature.
