The Old reader is web based and thus can be accessed from any machine or browser. www.theoldreader.com

I don’t know about group conversations, but in my view you will probably get the best results with the subscription version of Outlook which you get if you subscribe to Office 365. Jaws 2019 now

Alt + U does toggle it as I said, but if you want to check if it's on or not in the first place pressing the Alt key and arrowing left twice will give you that info. I actually think it might be on by

I use now outlook 2010 on a win10 computer with jaws/18/2018/2019
IN thsi version, grouped amil-conversations doesn’t work with any of this jaws versions : this is a outlook problem.

For Windows 7 especially, go into Explorer and disable thumbnails and the preview pane. You will find not only will it reduce these problems, but accessing files is much speedier.

I hate fast start up with a passion. It causes more problems than it solves.
Especially if you have an SSD, just turn it off.
