Anyone noticed with the above setup, that in an opened message, pressing the alt and number keys, no longer reads the To:, From:, Date fields etc, instead just saying Unavailable?

As somebody else pointed out, it would really help if you could provide a link to the website where you are having this problem unless it is of course a website where you have to log in like your bank

What version of JAWS are you using and what Operating system, Windows 7 or Windows 10.
I have found that my banking site has links that don't display as JAWS would read it as links as it is JAVA

Well the weird thing is it doesn’t work with the spacebar and I couldn’t see a way to arrow either way to get the button to be checked I used Firefox google Chrome the only one I didn’t try was

Yes, and it matters which browser you are using. Also, you probably know that some buttons are checked with the space bar. Others are checked by arrowing to the buttons in the radio button list.
