I have never used the Favorites in Outlook 2016.
Are these Favorite contacts, or favorite folders?

Re: Searching for a JAWS-friendly email client
I am unable to move to the Favourites list in Outlook 2016 by using the Tab key. So, I have to use the CTRL+Y keystroke to move from folder to folder. But my brother can see the folder list on screen

Yes, m.Facebook.com works well. Plus, Facebook.com also works by putting you into m.Facebook.comh by default when you enter the URL into the Internet browsers text box.

Agreed.
they often change the web site so iti will not remain constant. But JAWS works well with this mobile site. Far less cluter and fewer bells and whistles but getting to the material you want

Facebook and Jaws
Is it possible to use Jaws to access Facebook? If so, how difficult is it?
Is it possible to upload audio files to a group, or post, or whatever you
call it?

You might check out Becky email. It's $40, but I've been using it for years. Pretty simple.

Re: How do I make the "pane" with the "resume reading" button go away in MS Word 2016?
Like anything else, the Windows Registry is no great mystery. Make a backup of whatever you're about to change so you can change it back if you have to. There's a free program called RegShot

Mail for Windows 10 is despicable. There's no rhyme or reason to the way the panes are laid out, sometimes pressing TAB takes you one place, sometimes another, I have never gotten subject

Yeah, I get it. You are right. Messing around with the registry is not something to monkey around with.

Have you tried the Windows 10 Mail app? You asked for basic and I am pretty sure it will do that for you.

Re: fb freezing
Hi Larry,
While I agree that Windows 10 is better than Windows 8.1 that will definitely not be the issue.
He doesn't mention which version of Firefox he uses, I would first see if this also happens

Re: Searching for a JAWS-friendly email client
I, too, would recommend Outlook or Thunderbird, and with the recent advent of the legal sale of recycled Office 2016 licenses you can get Office 2016, including Outlook 2016 if you make sure to buy
