One thing I've noticed about Windows 10 -- the Jaws cursor is becoming increasingly less functional. I find I have to resort to OCr more often than in the past.

I do have an HP laptop. When I got it in 2013, I had the same issue. I had sighted assistance and we did have to goin to the Bios to get my applications key to work as well as the function keys in
