Under Outlook 2013 and Jaws 2019, the commands you mentioned give different results on my system.
Pressing insert numpad 3 mentions something about filters which I don't understand.

While using Outlook 2013 under Jaws 2018 and now 2019,Jaws will read out the correct number of emails in the list by pressing shift tab but not so with insert numpad 8. Pressing

Yes, I agree, pricing is now within reach of many moore people. I forget at times that development and on going updates takes qualified people and that costs dollars.

I used to have Outlook set this way, so I could batch my emails to help the slow Internet I had at the time. I believe the solution was to first press alt + s to "send it to the outbox, then control

the send button, it is sending the emails to the outgoing folder first,

Michael, I have a similar problem sometimes with sending email from Windows Live Mail. I add my signature and hit Alt+S to send the message and it just sits there. My computer appears to be frozen,
