I’m also on Outlook 2016. ‘ve looked around the settings and don’t particularly see anything that could allow this to happen. The best recommendation I have to start with is to go to the View

I had JAWS for Dos following the IBM screen reader. One day windows happened at Work and all JAWS would say was "Blank screen". We had JAWS for Windows 1.21, serial number 1600.

I don't know the version number, but my first version of JAWS was in 1996, which worked with Windows 3.1.

My serial number is 7105. My original number got messed up and I had to be issued a newer one when Voc Rehab bought me a license when I went to college.

To turn on Office Sounds, go into the File menu with Alt F and then T for options. Arrow up and down to the Ease of Access option then tab until you hear the checkbox for turning on office

I still made a mistake on my first serial number of jaws, I guess CRS is kicking in, lol! I thought I still had my original authorization floppy disk but cannot find it at tis time but I do remember

as I remember, you'll need to download and install the sound pack file
from Microsoft and enable sound feedback in Office 2013. I don't
remember the exact steps to perform the latter.

serial number was 2064 if I remember correctly,
