I wasn’t using it to do two programs. I set it up to do both in sequence: go to IE and then launch Bookshare.
Learned it from one of Cathy Ann’s books.
Worked great on old machine;

You really don't have to use the webpage interface unless you need to update things in the valt that it keeps. You can do everything else through the browser extensions, including automatically

Both Internet Explorer and Firefox are rendered by JAWS using a virtual browser. In fact, I can drag and drop objects on the IRS webpage and alike using Firefox, but its much trickier
